1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrowthHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GrowthHub provides social media and music platform growth services, including follower delivery, gift card exchange, and cash withdrawal services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds). By placing an order, you authorise GrowthHub to charge your payment method for the total amount. All sales are final once an order has been submitted to our delivery system.
5. Follower Delivery Services
GrowthHub works with third-party suppliers to deliver followers to your social media and music platform accounts. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We offer a 60-day refill guarantee on selected packages. GrowthHub is not responsible for any changes made by social media platforms that may affect follower counts.
6. Gift Card Exchange
Gift card exchange rates are subject to change without notice. GrowthHub reserves the right to reject any gift card submission that cannot be verified or is suspected of being fraudulent. Once a gift card has been verified and approved, funds will be credited to your account balance. GrowthHub is not responsible for gift cards that are invalid, expired, or already used.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to a 2% service charge. Minimum withdrawal amount is £10. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days depending on the method chosen. GrowthHub reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals suspected of fraudulent activity.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use GrowthHub for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent gift cards, to attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems, to create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if we are unable to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. Once followers have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. For gift card exchanges, once a gift card has been verified and balance credited, the transaction cannot be reversed.
10. Limitation of Liability
GrowthHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
GrowthHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), placing orders (social media usernames, profile URLs), submitting gift cards (card details), and requesting withdrawals (bank account details, PayPal email, etc.).

We use your information to process orders and deliver services, process payments, verify gift cards, process withdrawals, communicate with you about your orders, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
4. Payment Security
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. GrowthHub does not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with service providers necessary to operate our business (payment processors, follower delivery suppliers), and when required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and improve your experience. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
